DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Accounts Payable Process and enter all AP invoices accurately and timely with proper documentation, approvals, and GL coding Practice effective monitoring to ensure vendor payments are punctual Accounts Receivable Receive and apply payments to customer accounts Prepare daily bank deposit in a timely manner Communicate with customers to resolve any credit or charge disputes Review credit applications for accuracy before submitting for credit approval Establish new customer accounts and jobs after credit approval Inventory Receiving & Invoicing Receive inventory into system by reconciling purchase orders with packing lists and notifying buyers of any discrepancies Review temporary vouchers to ensure accurate receiving and timely payment of invoices Human Resources Manage new hire and termination documentation for accuracy and compliance Coordinate with staffing agencies for associate placement Reconcile staff time cards and process bi-weekly payroll with Culpepper CPA Assist with employee benefits administration, policy & procedure development, worker's compensation claims, and unemployment claims Other Duties Monitor and order office supplies Follow company procedures for filing, scanning, and retaining paperwork Additional administrative responsibilities as required Job Type:
