Must be a team player, able to multi task, and reliable.
The receptionist's role is critical, since this person provides the first impression for patients coming into an office.
The effective receptionist is able to multitask and respond to the needs of the patients and other medical staff efficiently and calmly.
Duties include:
Checking in/out patients, schedule appointments, file insurance, maintain charts, greet patients, return patient phone calls/answering questions or concerns.
Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.
Travel in the East Tennessee region is required.
No overnight travel.
Company transportation is available.
