Building Principal Career Goal:
To contribute to effective school and public relations by prompt and courteous handling of all inquiries and visitors.
Performance
Responsibilities:
Greets all visitors courteously, determines their needs, checks appointments and directs or escorts them to the proper person.
Answers office telephone and responds appropriately to requests for information.
Reports immediately the presence of any visitor who bypasses the reception desk or any suspicious activity or unusual behavior by the visitor.
Performs such other office duties as may be assigned.
Terms of Employment:
200 days, salary and work year to be established by the Board Evaluation:
Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Support Services Personnel.
