This position is primarily located at our Harriman, TN, location with a standard 8am-5pm weekdays schedule.

HOPE HEALING RECOVERY Where life's complexities are met with hope REQUIREMENTS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), with appropriate degree and current unrestricted TN RN license.
Three
years experience in nursing is required.
Experience, especially nurse experience, in a psychiatric setting is helpful.
Must be able to work independently.
JOB DUTIES The Outpatient LPN position is primarily responsible for the assessment and implementation of treatment delivered to patients in outpatient clinics.
The LPN acts as liaison between the patient, the patient's family, psychiatrist, other staff, and the community to address psychiatric needs.
